Last year in the summer of 2018 I had the great pleasure to visit Peter's Positano Home Cooking. And I had such a blast and couldn't forget this experience so I visited Peter's home again. And I have decided to share my passion which I really have about italian cooking with you my friends. Michelin Star Chef Peter Capraro comes originally from the tiny village on the Amalfi Coast called Positano, surrounded by hundreds of lemon trees. Here my friends, are my 4 serious reasons why to visit Peter´s Positano Home Cooking, in this prestigious little italian village:
I love italian sweets over everything. But I do realize how much sugar is hiding inside. That is why although traditional italian cuisine is my favourite one, I need to be careful about how much much of it I take in on regular basis. And I definitely cannot resist the soft almond tast of these tiny amaretti buiscuits sometimes. So I introduce you to my low sugar (and gluten free too) version.
Let's get onto it!
If you have ever been to the south of Italy, especially the coast, you might have seen a stunning coastline with lemon trees all around, smiling people, amazing colours everywhere. But if you want to experience the real italian flair, start to plan your trip to Naples. The real Italy.
